Windows Server Essential 2019 problem

Often problems require deep analysis, from the installed application to the entire customer environment. And so it was in this case.

The virtualized Windows Server Essential 2019 system was rebooting every specified period of time.

Deep log analysis (yes in Windows this is possible too).

The cause was found.

We “promoted” the system to a Windows Server Standard 2019 environment without reinstalling the system.

Another customer satisfied.

Fixed an application performance issue on the PowerEdge R540 server

The client reported an application / server performance problem on the network.

Work on the RDP session was ok.

Before starting the analysis, a network audit was performed, the system and firmware of network cards were completely updated.

A log has been collected on the base where the problems occurred, it is clearly visible that it is the L2 / L3 layer.

After analyzing the logs of each device and application, errors were found.

After the entire process, the customer is satisfied with the solution to the problem.
