The development team needed a dedicated environment from which to connect to their client. A VPN connection with the NAT service has been established on the proposed UTM device.

Migration to Microsoft 365

The client decided that the entire mail service will be performed on the Azure solution.

Account configuration has been audited. The licenses have been selected.

Over the weekend, the mail was migrated to the new solution.

The customer is satisfied after the whole operation, the migration process went smoothly.

Fixed an application performance issue on the PowerEdge R540 server

The client reported an application / server performance problem on the network.

Work on the RDP session was ok.

Before starting the analysis, a network audit was performed, the system and firmware of network cards were completely updated.

A log has been collected on the base where the problems occurred, it is clearly visible that it is the L2 / L3 layer.

After analyzing the logs of each device and application, errors were found.

After the entire process, the customer is satisfied with the solution to the problem.
